I had an actual ISA scope. I think it sampled at a whole 1MHz! I can't find the model right now, but it was my first scope.
Found a brochure! The manufacturer's website is long gone though. http://www.cinja.es/_imagenes/SI102.pdf … Seems I remembered wrong and it was 1MHz *bandwidth* and supposedly 50MSPs but I'm pretty sure that's a lie and it didn't go beyond 10MSPS.

Except for the whole being an ISA card part. I distinctly remember debugging my laser driver with it inside a Pentium 133 box running Win98, while my main box was an AthlonXP or even Athlon64 at that point. Not very practical.
