I have a "fast" maxim ADC that can go up to 1Mhz. As the "digital scope" project is still a box that exists, I'v been keeping an eye on the sample rate when using my Tek 754. I'm usually over 1Mhz, but not too often over the 20MSPS that the ADC off the fax machine can do...
