It is harder with megacorps. I've never tried, but everything I've heard is that Google won't budge at all unless you're a Really Big Deal.
And if you're a really big deal, you could add something very offensive to the code So much offensive that appropriation of megacorps for that code can become really problematic for them :P ( Even if you did that to troll, of course )
