BS and CS are two different satellite groups both at 110°E, and polarization is circular (R/L). All the websites sites talk about a downconverter LO frequency of 10.678GHz but almost none of them mention that the LO is 9.505GHz for the L polarization part.

I'm not sure if I get the L bands in my apartment, because all of those transponders are using the new fancypants ISDB-S3 modulation for 4K content (terrestial is ISDB-T, non-4K is ISDB-S) and I don't have a tuner. Writing an SDR receiver could be a fun project.

There are some ISDB-S3/4K transponders on the R polarization band too, so I can definitely get those (my ISDB-S tuner doesn't lock onto them, but the signal should definitely be there).
