      i made this simulator 4 times faster that way, which is good but not enough, so now i'm going to generate and build c++ on the fly

      Reminds me of that CTF level a couple months ago which made you progress in 4 stages... O(1), O(1), O(2^7), O(2^36). And here I was happily doing Python until I got to the last one. Bastards. So I changed it to print C instead of running the code. And then ran it on 32 threads.
