PSA: do not test WiFI access points at a LAN party. Turns out that after 5000 people see your brand new BSSID as being in Spain, it's kinda hard to convince Google that it's in Japan now. Wi-Fi only location at my apartment now sends you all the way to Barakaldo.

change the name of your SSID to BSSID_optout_nomap and it should go away both from Microsoft and Google DBs
But I *want* it to be in the database, since my cell reception is near-null in my basement, nevermind GPS.
