Ok, so now I'm looking for a reputable link saying the Switch runs Linux or a custom OS, and I'll tackle correcting Wikipedia. I'll do some searching later.
It's a custom OS. They have code from various places like FreeBSD and Android in there, but it's just bits and pieces. The core and most of the parts are custom.
