On the plus side, after marking about 10 as spam and still seeing them come in, I realized that the /lib/ → /lib64/ Gentoo libdir shuffle broke some absolute paths used in my dovecot→dspam retraining pipeline and it wasn't working. So thanks, spammer.

Is there a List-Unsubscribe header in the mail? If yes, could you send me the part before any actual IDs? I have special presents for a particular class of spammers.
