      Does this sound effect have a name? I hear it in quite a few Japanese songs, or variations thereof (linear vs exponential pitch, modulating by an octave or a third, etc). It's pretty easy to recreate, but surely there's *some* name for it, right?pic.twitter.com/GQU5UkcvT5

      I wonder if there is a preset on some synth somewhere that produces this sound, or some sample pack. I think it's too popular for it to just be cloned and re-created by everyone from scratch.
