i once identified a device to be using libavformat for demuxing with default options because it would fail to play any stream whose first packet was more than exactly 5 seconds into the file
Ha. To be fair, I highly doubt they're using BlitzLoop code; more like I think they implemented their new renderer along similar lines of thinking, and made the same mistakes.
