It seems to happen when a TCP packet is lost, and the client retransmits it - the retransmit gets messed up like this. This is a dump from my (x86) router on the client side.

Best part: I found out about this with NextCloud uploads... where the client retries the failed upload, but does not actually retry it but rather uses the failed chunk left behind on the server, leaving behind a "successful" upload and a broken file. WTF.

FWIW I’ve seen this exact same behaviour with Nextcloud on iOS with UniFi AP’s which are generally well received. So might also be an issue with however Nextcloud uploads are implemented.
