So, uh, if you have an M-Audio Keystation Mini 32 and the USB connection is flaky or does not work on some computers, try reducing the series D+/D- resistors from 100Ω to 33Ω and removing the janky looking common mode choke. Turns out following the IC datasheet helps.

Also USB isn't actually (only) differential, so a common mode choke is a terrible idea.

Using chokes on the PCB for differential pairs faster than USB Full-Speed is usually a very bad idea, and the USB standard recommends against it.
