Looks like you have some retraction/heating issues. Are you retracting filament on Z+ movements? Are you using Z movements on XY movements?
Had some transient extruder issues while printing this. Looks fine, I thought. It wasn't fine. There goes a waste of 90 minutes.pic.twitter.com/2EtaqLEJz8

My issue was that the extruder stepper had worked itself loose and the screws were undone by like 6mm before the gear started skipping and I noticed the noise (too late, it seems).

Although not related to your problem in the photograph, I would recommend you using 3 walls (Cura defaults to 2). Also in my experience, cubic infill enhances resistance along the 3 axis.
