The NTT Docomo tower (which is visible from the entire Shinjuku area of Tokyo) has been lit up like this for months now. I think it used to change colors more often. I wonder if it's a reference to something... Same colors as the user LEDs on Glasgow :-)pic.twitter.com/3XysiPT8db
