Update: no change in current drawn; I stopped the test and nothing seems blatantly broken/shorted. Resuming the test for the rest of the day and after that I'll do a proper analysis. Temp is lower because I took the photo just after restarting the test.pic.twitter.com/gDSWgfbhwI

Conclusion: after 20 hours or so of torture, both pins appear to function normally. Input leakage identical to the rest, output performance at 24MHz identical to the rest (measured with a scope), and they work fine in a basic JTAG test at 3.3V.
