would there be demand for an in-browser MP3->MP4 converter that tacks on a blank video stream so you can upload it to twitter?
The problem is that Twitter murders audio quality (I think they use the ffmpeg AAC encoder...), especially at lower bitrates. And I'm not sure if making the video black/trivial is sufficient to bias it towards higher quality streams...

I don't know why they do multiple audio rates at all, but they do, and the low ones are god-awful
