Crossflashed a DELL PERC H310 RAID SAS adapter from RAID to HBA mode for ZFS usage. This guide and the files in google drive linked at the end is gold and I was finally able to make it work. sas2flash and that guide are obsolete. I solved this problem once and for all with lsirec. You can crossflash any SAS2008 card without even rebooting once, entirely from Linux.https://github.com/marcan/lsirec
