Here @taviso clearly demonstrates why untrusted PostScript (as implemented in Ghostscript anyway) is an unmitigated trash fire and needs to go.

So, is there a way of turning this off across the board without breaking too many things? Obviously I print stuff and that uses PS behind the scenes, but I can't remember the last time I opened untrusted PostScript (intentionally). Can I get rid of all the gs integration?
