definitely repairable. cut traces to both fingers near the capacitor, then take some thin magnet wire and solder them to the capacitor terminal and the finger. should work like a charm
Yeah, plus some mechanical fidgeting. You'll want to carefully straighten out the damaged fingers and glue them back on the board with superglue. Try not to get solder on most of the finger, just a bit at the inner edge for the wire.

you can mask off most of the finger. they sell special latex masks for this, but i think kapton would work just fine if you need it once.
