Yeah, when Spectre/Meltdown first hit, I sniffed around for whether my G4 was impacted and the upshot was that the G4 was but the G3 wasn't. Fortunately, it's a lab machine, not a vital internet-facing server, so I'm not overly worried on that one.

Alternatively, I have about 40 extra Sun Netra X1s (UltraSPARC IIe) in my basement with 4GB of industrial flash that run OpenBSD and pf pretty well. Just two FE ports, though.
