Only on one core, and yes, they're just as dumb for that one. There's the "a" variant but, while that was also dumb, the impact is a lot smaller (just ASLR leaking mostly).
As far as I know ~nobody was shipping Cortex-A75 silicon when Meltdown was made public, and I can't even find anyone other than Qualcomm that shipped it, and then only on two SoCs, and we don't even know if both are unpatched.
