Going to Japan in 3 days, any suggestions of do/dont's cause I'm not super familiar with the culture? Also I only know how to say hello, thanks and goodbye, let's see if I can get around.

Those will be easy, I already do that on the escalators over here. And I’m planning on going there :)
Except it's the *left* side in most of Japan. But somehow the right side in the Kansai region (e.g. Osaka).
