Okay, folks at @santanderuk, please consider that "Place of birth", "Name of first school", "Name of secondary school" as *security* passwords, in 2018, in the age of Facebook, should be banned.

I just wonder why instead of insisting on 16+5 (password+PIN) and then just asking me 6 characters out of them, they can't just require me to have a passphrase and use the phone app :(

Hi. 2 factor identification means there will be a second layer of security in addition to the entry of your credentials. ^KC

A second set of credentials is not 2 factor authentication. 2 factor authentication means using 2 *types* of authentication, not 2 of the *same* type.
