And yes I've had to fill in answers to those in FULL WIDTH ASCII before, for Japanese websites. Because apparently that qualifies as kanji for most.

I just wonder why instead of insisting on 16+5 (password+PIN) and then just asking me 6 characters out of them, they can't just require me to have a passphrase and use the phone app :(

I used to use something like ‘eatmyass’ for all of those security questions until I was indeed asked to verify my answer on the phone. I couldn’t do it!
