Just because something is technically valid due to backwards compatibility reasons doesn't mean we don't get to mock people who use it against best practice and most likely due to a bug ;)
Sure. It’s just that specs are violated so much that something that is actually still within spec and causes no harm seems… boring, at least to me ;). OpenSSL’s ASN.1 DER parser ignoring every single MUST NOT of the spec - now that is something I make fun of ;).
