      Yes, those were supposed to be 24 kHz and 4800 Hz sine waves, respectively. The glitch only happens at 100% full scale, 99.9% PCM volume fixes it (but not just lowering the mixer).

          Those DACs do happily go down to DC though. I'm fond of them in very specific ways, e.g. driving cheap galvos for slow-scan laser stuff
