well if it's primarily music, and other delays are acceptable, then that's entirely solvable BT audio latency is due to compression algorithmic latency, which is absolutely predictable and is reported by the audio API which by the way also reports latency for wired audio

It depends on how you play. I'd rather turn off feedback sounds and just calibrate the delay to the audio output in some games. I play better that way (and that would work fine over BT). But for music production, you're screwed. Anything over 10-15ms is bad.
