For fuck's sake, @Dell. I have 15 servers with iDRAC basic in a cluster. *13* have crashed BMCs have in some way (web dead, IPMI dead, or both). Two of those are so screwed I have no way to reset them without physically going to the datacenter. What the fuck.

If neither are able to be remotely powered off then you likely will need it to be power cycled locally, or possibly run a racadm racreset prior to reboot to see if that allows access. ^CH

also, I recall at least early DRACs having enough onboard battery that they needed 24 hours unplugged to truly reset
