Spent an hour debugging what I thought must be an issue with bad components on a MIDI controller. Turns out it's a marginal setup/hold time violation on some latches... caused by a blatant firmware bug. https://global.novationmusic.com/support/downloads/launchkey-mk2-firmware-updater … Mental note: look for firmware updates first.
