Things that annoy me: devs with zero-tolerance bug reporting policies. No, if I just debugged the problem for you and told you exactly what chain of events caused it and how, you do *not* need 500kB of logs and pages of system info from me any more.
I already said I worked out exactly where the problem is. Whether I'm the only person meeting the requirements or not it is irrelevant.

Being able to reproduce / verify the problem and confirm resolution might need more data. But the dev should have acknowledged your help and offered why s/he needed more data.

Totally agree scriptt, but like as a dev if one user submits a ticket that 1000 people have never seen. It will sound like a user issue they don't need to bother too much with. It seems the dev did want to look in at a fix, but wanted logs in order to diagnose the real issue.
