Mmm... according to CloudFare, they clear DNS logs every day... this is good for privacy
Google does the same thing. And I actually worked there (on the team responsible for that) and know how the sausage gets made. Not that I would use Google Public DNS as my main resolver at home anyway, I run my own BIND instance.
