Spectre is completely predictable and deterministic. Rowhammer is messy analog shit though. We have a way to deal with this stuff. It's called ECC. Optical media, HDDs, SSDs, everything else uses ECC these days. That consumer RAM doesn't is just collective industry negligence.

If Spectre and Rowhammer are your first serious abstraction breakdown experiences you haven't been digging enough :P PCs are enormous balls of hair and haven't had any cleanup for decades. These are just the latest issues. It's only going to get worse.
