Transforming code that should be exact and deterministic in some chaotic randomness ? Cryptographs will be happy, they are opening the door to HW based RNG, that may or may not be random. Maybe it ARM wants to be the next HW for quantum computers ?

Is this a JavaScript-specific floating point rounding mode? I don't imagine it needs much in the way of microcode, it's probably just some specific options in the FP unit when converting to int?
