Cut that in... what 6? Owing to a need for data redundancy in the error-prone cards. Plus factor in the cost of humans to plug and swap the cards. Haha, but okay we are arguing about something dumb now.

You'd automate the loading with some kind of robot, and 6x overhead for redundancy is ridiculous. 1.3x is more like it.
