Using MT for this is like building a jet engine’s fuel system using garden hoses. Maybe it doesn’t actually explode because of that, but pretty obviously you have no idea what you’re doing and so inevitably you screwed up somewhere else.
However, to be more specific: the obvious question is why you’re using MT at all if you have a high-quality radionucleotide-based hardware RNG that’s producing seeds of reasonable length. And I think the obvious answer is that you don’t.
