Oh no i wasn't being sarcastic. Its very easy mode, i meant that very literally. one sec, pics incoming.
I know, it's on wires, it's trivial. I was just commenting on you contrasting it with *surface* mounted jacks instead of through hole PCB mounted jacks.

Another pet peeve of mine: those freaking DC jacks with the thicker inner pin that don't fit standard plugs, for no reason (it's not a different voltage or current or anything). I end up replacing them with standard ones.
