Yes across different networks; settings allows me to click the “off” button but when I “save” it doesn’t change. I’ve also tried to “unlock” restricted mode. Note-I’m not trying to watch anything with profanity etc, just independent media links

Thanks for the info. Have you tried following the steps mentioned in our Help Center article on Restricted Mode off: https://goo.gl/WRBUeT ? Also, could you try signing out, restarting your device and signing back into the account? Let us know if that helps.

I’ve followed the “help” article multiple times, signed out of everything, changed passwords and it still doesn’t behave.
