Presidential candidate VP Leni Robredo is returning to Tagum City in Davao del Norte, where Cong. Pantaleon Alvarez is hosting a grand rally for her tonight at the New City Hall. Alvarez and Gov Edwin Jubahib endorsed her last March 24.
