  3. I HAVE A JOB INTERVIEW 😱😱😱 I've not worked for over 5 years, not had a job interview in over 9 years! It's to be a Mental Health support worker at a CAMHS hospital! Freaking out! Excited, scared, nervous! Eeek!

  6. Could not agree with this more, especially about the exam grade! I used to work in a school & I invigilated 11+ exams. The stress those poor children were put under by their parents was absolutely horrendous. So bad we had to have a designated "crying room". 10 years old FFS!

  16. After calming myself down this morning with promazine & doing some drawing,I've managed to do a few hours of studying. Feeling proud of myself for sticking to my plan for the day, the plan I made to cope with the separation anxiety that I knew would happen. I kicked ass!

  18. Wife is back to work. My anxiety went sky hi, as I predicted, so I've spent the morning learning some more drawing, that plus promazine has calmed me right down ☺️

  19. Absolutely dreading my wife going back to work tomorrow. We've had a lovely week together. I always get terrible separation anxiety when she goes back to work. I've not been able to enjoy our last day together properly because it's like I'm already missing her. Dammit brain!!
