As long as your channel meets the YPP eligibility and thresholds, you can expect to hear back within a month or so. We review all applications manually and this does take time. If it’s taking longer, it could likely mean your channel is held for a second review.

It’s under review since November 2018. How long is the second review ? Also yes I got an email yesterday that your monetisation has been disabled and today it was back to- not enabled. What’s going on , Waiting until when?
