Sure you’ve heard this a million times but THANK YOU for Logan. It was a truly incredible film that had substance and depth. Will stand the test of time
Hear hear! Loved Logan too.
Heartwrenching though.
I'm worried about the one less big studio, hoping the indie scene flourishes and maybe another studio comes up.
Thank you for clearing that up. Cheers to you good sir.
Don't know if you can answer this, but are you still actively working on something for X-23? This Disney mess doesn't bode well for anything outside of PG-13 or "safe" movies
There have always been R rated films made by Disney owned companies; they just aren't produced under the Disney name. Deadpool is still going to be an R, and there have been comments supportive to a line of "R" Marvel films.
I still subscribe to the view that sometime soon, pop up cinemas will appear for non blockbuster films. A depressing idea.
Here’s to fewer bad films, regardless of affiliation. Cheers
I couldn’t agree with you more. I JUST said to my wife at dinner tonight that I can’t remember the last time we saw an adult drama, a non-genre movie. If you told me when I was 12, in 1983, that I’d be burned out on comic book movies, I’d have called you crazy.
They’re out there, just not easy to see at a movie theatre as blockbusters hog the screens. It’s a shame when you look at top10 grossing films each year the decline in variety from even the 90s is shocking
