You make some good points about RMS but calling Lessig a "child rape apologist" is extremely offensive. He was abused and raped as a child & has never been an apologist.

It does not. That piece was deeply misogynistic and absolutely serves as child rape apologia. With Lessig the arguments are more sophisticated and complex. But the apologia is still right there. Please listen to us women.

I'm listening but not understanding. He explicitly stated how terrible he felt when it unraveled & how he should have originally pushed back. His arguments about anon donations are interesting & debatable but I don't see how they support rapists.

Explaining this to you is not my responsibility. Just note that women leaders in the community are telling you he is writing apologia and do the work yourself. Don't put your lack of understanding on our shoulders.
