That's not clear. I mean those who loose their status. You're saying they do, the site says the features will stay, but they will lose monetisation.

I think those having YPP taken away will get to keep it, allegedly and this sounds like they mean anyone already without YPP might be able to use them under its own set of eligibility? God knows anymore
