"I’ve often wondered why we routinely put so many patients into hospital gowns within minutes of their arrival. Sometimes referred to as 'dignity gowns,' such dignity as they afford is only in comparison to being stark naked." 's latest

Former stooge of the anonymously funded, neoliberal think tank, the Institute of Economic Affairs, Kate Andrews, thinks capitalism and the free market will solve climate change. Government just needs to get out of the way... Quelle surprise.

Here we go! Why the effing fuck is Kate Andrews on the programme again and again?? Why the hell is she given a publicly funded platform to comment on & promote her very biased view of politics in this country & beyond? Who is she and more importantly, who pays her?

Yesterday, I spent another frustrating day working in my NHS clinic whilst using software that ran slowly, crashed repeatedly or failed to work at all. The priority should be getting our basic NHS IT to systems work correctly.

Nicky Morgan has just said the BBC needs to change to stay relevant. Pretty much the same attitude she has taken in regard to her own principles

Boris Johnson, with his arse hanging out of his trousers and whose hair has never seen a comb, is still sitting on the Russia report, still awaiting the outcome of his Arcuri 'affair' investigation and still 'doesn't get' climate change. But...but...Tracy Brabin's shoulder 🤔🤔🤔

It's easy to feel dehumanised and powerless as a patient, so kudos to for providing a gown that works. And the best cubicle curtains I've ever seen.

As a frequent flyer I can add a real pet hate ... The porter and wheelchair to take me for a Chest X Ray from my Hospital bed to X Ray Have to agree to release them from their responsibility to push me thru a busy hospital rather than allow/encourage me to walk...

My Trust appears to have done away with pajamas and replaced them with gowns. No one can explain why but I guess theres a financial aspect to it?

don't want to be a Luddite, but many people will see this as the loss of a local service not a beneficial change to a better service, albeit further away for some.
