Does denial of entry to illegal migrants constitute an 'illegal pushback' in your eyes?
Prosecutors in Greece have been ordered to investigate 147 cases of illegal pushbacks of over 7,000 people, based on the evidence exposed by NGOs and journalists. The Greek government can no longer dismiss the evidence as 'Turkish propaganda' and discredit those who speak out.

It's not a pushback if those cases where they are not in concreto prosecuted, as most of them aren't , they may be citizens, residents or potential asylum seekers in Turkey (a safe third country nonetheless).

I haven’t seen the Greek government trying to discredit anyone! All the Greek government ever said is that there wasn’t conclusive evidence to assume there were pushbacks. Even EU’s Frontex denied them. Let’s wait for the prosecutor’s conclusions before you make such statements

A refugee can ask asylum from any embassy or consulate in Turkey. No need to risk their lifes and especially the life of their children. Pushbacks are legal like it or not.
