I *suspect* this was just a little muscle pull/nerve pinch. It was my old injury and thus my weak point but it's not crippling (hell I'm working today) but it genuinely has me wondering if I'll ever 4pl8.

U should check out the stuff Eric bugenhagen does for back health Put elastic band above knees, walk side to side in big steps for massive glute activation. Very important. Also do RDLs

Also, McKenzie press ups and traction of some sort should be done regularly as well as postural health and correct sleeping technique. Our spines are already deformed from generations of chairsitting. J not S. Look at tribal spines.

Back sleeping only with lumbar and under knee support. Side sleeping only with lumbar and pillow between legs. Soft sitting and sleeping surfaces are a killer. 1 pillow head limit.

Best thing is to get a sleep wrap but a rolled up towel or couch pillow works. Put it in your natural side curve.
