I do 12x10 on bench with 135 and it's absolutely intense but my preinjury heavy benches we're approaching 230 range.

what is google Arm length to body length difference/ratio. Long arms are great advantage for striking in combat sports. Even wrestling to some degree.

Plus heavy bag striking routine is a great workout for combined cardio and back/ shoulders strength training

Need to get some sand to fill the base of mine and set it up again

Use weighted gloves, do three minute rounds, 10 each burpees, lunges, squats, and kettlebell swings between rounds. If you make it over 5 rounds on that routine you're pretty much ready for apocalypse.
