Wat is correct sleeping technique, back sleeping?

Back sleeping only with lumbar and under knee support. Side sleeping only with lumbar and pillow between legs. Soft sitting and sleeping surfaces are a killer. 1 pillow head limit.

Same How do u get lumbar support on side?

Best thing is to get a sleep wrap but a rolled up towel or couch pillow works. Put it in your natural side curve.
