A dude on nightshift got his glove caught in the bandsaw and his watch allowed him to keep his hand. It's shredded but it still works.

It's an older one with insufficient guarding that I've warned about so many times. It was a fatty leather glove.

Horizontal or vertical? Never heard of anything getting stuck in a bandsaw before. Perhaps a large one for wood with big mean teeth. Sounds terrible, probably shouldnt wear gloves right?

Vertical. One of the issues is the old ass dulled blade that probaby hasn't been changed in years. Caught his glove and ran his hand down to the table and spun it around at which point it got hung up in his watchband and and came off the runners. Cut him up real nice.

Yeah you really don't want gloves or anything loose caught like that. It wasn't one of my guys thankfully. Different contractor.
