Yes I understand, I am not a hard Nietzschian in this sense. I'd lie to save my family. Subverting linguistic system of representational truth is no problem for me compared to my living family.

categorical imperative allows for many different lies. All lies to protect the innocent are moral provided they do not give false witness that harms others.

This type of thing opens the door that makes it all sound more and more utilitarian or virtue ethicsy as you push it with further hypotheticals
